2. Franchise enquiries
Submitting a franchise enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. Franchise fee, setup cost, royalty, and other terms referenced on this site are indicative and are finalised in a separate written franchise agreement.
3. In-store conduct
Customers are expected to follow store policies displayed at each location. Storeex reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct or policy violation.
4. Intellectual property
The Storeex name, logo, and store format are the property of Storeex Retail Pvt. Ltd. and may not be used without prior written consent.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
