1. In-store purchases

Storeex stores are walk-in convenience outlets. Products purchased in-store are taken with you at the time of sale — there is no shipping involved for in-store transactions.

2. Local delivery

Select Storeex locations offer local delivery within a limited radius during store hours. Availability, delivery windows, and any delivery charges are confirmed at the time of order through the store directly.

3. Order accuracy

Please check your order at the counter or upon delivery. Report any discrepancy to store staff immediately, or contact us at info@storeex.in within 24 hours of purchase.
